Day 4, part 4: Kyoto, Kawabata Dori and Sanjo Dori

Kawabata Dori (Kawabata Street) runs alongside the east bank of the Kamo River. Here we walk from Shirakawa-Minami Dori north to and across the Sanjo Bridge. The street is named for the Nobel Prize winning novelist Yasunari Kawabata.
